clean eating is so simple. i believe it’s the simplest way of eating with some of the easiest recipes out there. but hands on, do you know what clean eating is all about?
rather than counting calories, restricting certain foods from your diet, following a low-carb, high-protein, low-fat or paleo diet – clean eating is all about including ingredients that are 100% from earth, unprocessed, unrefined, with only little or no packaging. clean eating is just straight up REAL FOOD.
although the clean eating concept focuses on whole and plant based foods, it does not exclude other types of food such as grains or legumes. clean eating is the answer to health and wellness as it is not a diet but rather a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation.
food is what we are, we are what we eat. food certainly affects our bodies, our souls and our minds. the better we eat, the better we feel. this is why it is important to pay closer attention to what we eat and how we do so.
there is a difference between natural food and food-like products and most of us have lost the ability to recognize that. our perspective on time has changed and we choose convenience and short term pleasure over looking after ourselves. many of us don’t even know how to cook simple meals and our modern world sadly makes it possible that so many of us don’t even have a kitchen anymore.
this is exactly what got me inspired to come up with this blog and share my vegan & gluten-free recipes, as well as my clean eating ideas with everyone out there. with this blog i hope to inspire all of you and become even more aware of your health and your body in order to create the best version of YOU and YOURSELF!
